- Standalone mode: management of door using 2 door entry systems and a control console.
- Access control mode: all types of reader with dry contact output.
- Airlock mode: A GDL 2200 can control another GDL 2200 in order to create an airlock using 2 door entry systems on each lock and a control console.

- Dry contact outputs: door contact, locking and unlocking contacts, and a self-protection contact.
User Safety
- Fitting of a break glass unit for immediate release.

- 3 status LEDs (lock locked, unlocked and closed/open) and 1 operating LED (master or slave mode or internal problem) that are visible when the cover is removed).
