Mode of Operation

The Metro Bi-Parting Gate seamlessly integrates with AFC control systems for efficient access management. Upon receiving an authorisation signal from the system or a remote control, the flap panels retract, allowing smooth passage.

  • Normally Closed (NC): The gate remains closed until a valid authorisation is received.
  • Security Monitoring: If unauthorised access, tailgating, or wrong-way entry is detected, the alarm system activates.
  • Auto-Reset: If no passage occurs within the pre-set time, the flaps automatically close and reset to maintain security.
