Anti-return gates that prevent passengers returning back into secure or sensitive areas once cleared.
The PasSec is an advanced anti-return gate designed to regulate passenger movement in airports, seaports, ferry terminals, and railway stations. It prevents unauthorized movement back into secure areas, ensuring high security and operational efficiency.
PasSec is available in two standard models:
Equipped with state-of-the-art detection technology, the PasSec continuously monitors passenger flow, preventing unauthorized entry and enhancing security.
Automated One-Way Passage โ Ensures controlled passenger flow, preventing unauthorized movement into restricted areas.
Multiple Security Modes โ Operates in Automatic, Interlocking (HS only), Maintenance, and Cleaning modes.
Advanced Detection Technology โ Equipped with 3D cameras and PIR sensors to detect unauthorized movements, turnbacks, and thrown objects.
Fast Closing Barriers (FCBs) โ Additional motorized obstacles to enhance security (available on S and HS models).
Remote Monitoring & Control โ Configurable via TCP/IP, RS232 ModBus, and digital I/O connectivity for seamless integration.
Customizable Configuration โ Available in single or multiple lane setups, with passage widths of 950mm or 1200mm.
Located ideally after Immigration control but before baggage reclaim to prevent passengers collecting luggage and inadvertently attempting to return back to airside.
Alternatively, install after customs but before the open landside area to prevent unauthorised access to the baggage claim and any secondary exit duty free areas by the general public.
Different sensors analyse the movement of passengers, detect the direction, position of travel and activate the doors accordingly.
Should passage in the reverse direction be deteded, the sensors will instruct the doors to close and trigger an alarm.
Sensors detect left luggage.
By key selector, the PasSec can be operated in four modes:
Automatic:ย Unidirectional in the exit direction only
Interlocking:ย Unidirectional controlled passage
Maintenance:ย No control in either direction
Locked:ย Walkway closed and locked
By means of remote inputs, it is possible to select automatic, interlocked and locked modes, as well as operate both entry and exit doors.
